recognising our people, skills and local manufacturing this Australian made week.
Australian Made Week is about recognising the skills, industries and manufacturing capability behind products built locally for Australian conditions.
At Hardwear, every onsite van and mobile facility is manufactured right here in Victoria by a team of experienced tradespeople who understand the realities of Australian worksites. From fabrication and fitout through to electrical, plumbing and final commissioning, every stage of the build happens within our purpose-built manufacturing facility.
A key part of every Hardwear build is our specialist electrical team, responsible for integrating the advanced 48V solar and battery systems that have become a defining feature of the Hardwear product range.
Unlike many standard site vans that still rely heavily on generators to power day-to-day operations, Hardwear vans are designed to operate immediately upon arrival to site using integrated solar and battery technology. Lights, fridges, air conditioning, charging stations and 240V power systems are all engineered to run efficiently without constant generator dependence.
That capability comes down to the practical experience and technical expertise of the team building these systems every day. Hardwear’s electrical systems are designed specifically for the operational demands of construction, infrastructure, mining and renewable energy projects, prioritising reliability, efficiency and reduced downtime in harsh environments.
These aren’t generic imported products adapted for local use. They are purpose-built onsite vans designed and manufactured specifically for Australian industries and conditions.
Today, Hardwear vans are supporting projects across Australia, from renewable energy developments and civil infrastructure works through to major construction and remote operations.
Australian Made Week is an opportunity to recognise the people, skills and manufacturing capability behind every build.
Because Australian made isn’t just a label on the side of a van.
It’s the work, detail and expertise that goes into building it properly.
