HW7700

Compact, compliant, and ready to deploy, the Hardwear 7700 is the workhorse of our fleet. With a 7.7m cabin, it’s designed for projects that need a fully equipped mobile facility without the bulk. The 7700 balances portability with performance — easy to transport, quick to set up, and tough enough for daily site use.

Inside, every detail is engineered for practicality. Standard inclusions feature mine-compliant power systems, a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and ZIP instant boiling water, and climate control with insulated R2 walls and R3 ceilings. Aluminium fold-out stairs and a 20ft awning ensure safe, secure access and shaded entry points, while 400L potable water storage and a 650L waste tank support extended use in remote conditions.

Built for flexibility, the 7700 can serve as a site office, accommodation unit, lunchroom, or medical space, depending on your project requirements. Optional extras — such as solar integration, tool storage, or modified floorplans — make it easy to adapt the 7700 to your exact needs.

HW9000

When scale and capacity matter, the Hardwear 9000 steps up. With a larger 9.0m cabin, it offers extended space for teams who need more room, more inclusions, and longer operational capability. Designed for major worksites and long-term projects, the 9000 delivers a fully functional, compliant, and durable workspace built for the toughest conditions.

Standard inclusions set the benchmark: a fully mine-compliant 8kVA Yanmar generator with 120L bunded diesel tank, independent AL-KO “Control Rider” suspension, climate-controlled interiors, and industrial-grade fittings that keep the van performing in heat, dust, and heavy use. Inside, crews benefit from a larger layout that supports dual-room or single-room setups, with ergonomic desk space, integrated storage, kitchenette facilities, and reliable power and lighting systems.

The 9000 also comes equipped with potable water and waste tanks sized for extended deployment, fold-out aluminium stairs for secure access, and a 20ft awning for shaded entry. Add-on options — from solar packages to custom floorplans — ensure the 9000 can be tailored to serve as anything from a command centre to an executive office or accommodation hub.
